The 2024 election has left many of us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and scared about how the results may affect personal rights, health access, climate, international relations, and more. In this 12 session weekly therapy group, you’ll gain support and gather perspectives from other members about how to navigate life ahead. Moving forward, we’ll work on finding ways to fully engage with your life, such as through friendships, dating/relationships, spirituality, art, activism, movement, and hobbies. This group is LGBTQIA affirming but you do not need to be LGBTQIA to join group. All are welcome.

What to Expect

  • A small, supportive community. Connect with others who share similar concerns and find solace in mutual understanding. Over the course of time, group members can use the group to share about important issues in their life and gain support and insights.

  • Professional guidance. Benefit from the expertise of two associate therapists who will facilitate discussions and offer personalized support.

  • Coping and Resilience. Learn coping strategies for navigating feelings like grief, anxiety, fear, and hopelessness to foster resilience and nurture a renewed sense of hope and strength.
