She/Her
Having been licensed for 25 years, I bring a range of expertise to the healing work we do together. My training was as a psychodynamic therapist but over the years I having become an integrative therapist and create a holistic approach to fit your needs. Many of my clients find relief from long-term anxiety, depression and issues with work-life balance. That may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Having worked at general mental health departments, like Kaiser Permanente, for over 16 years, I am a generalist* and have specialized experience working with people who have mood disorders, such as bipolar disorder. I've been a trauma and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist for over twenty-five years and ran an evidence-based trauma therapy group for seven years called Seeking Safety.

For therapy clients, I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays an Thursdays between 8-3pm. I work primarily with individuals and integrate family work when needed. Bilingual in the Spanish language (Yo hablo español), I am committed to providing culturally competent care to BIMPOC* clients, neurodivergent people and disabled folks.
My career-long passion has been providing care to the gender diverse community, LGBTQIA individuals, their parents and loved ones.
