Insurance

We are in-network with:

Optum

United Behavioral Health/UBH

United Health Care/UHC

Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA)

Lyra Health

PPO Plans: We also can provide services if you have PPO insurance, which allows you to see out-of-network providers. If you use a PPO plan, your full fee is due at the time of the service. After a month, we will send you a special receipt called a "Superbill," which you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We require you to call your insurance or log in, to your insurance plan's account, to learn about your deductible each year and what percentage the plan pays once you have met your deductible. However, we cannot offer low-fee therapy if you are using your PPO plan.

If you are seeing one of our pre-licensed clinicians (associates), you must check with insurance to make sure insurance will pay out-of-network claims. These claims will be billed under their licensed supervisor's NPI (national provider identification) number.

HSA and FSA: We do allow the use of HSA and FSA plans and debit cards. This saves you from paying taxes on the money you spend on psychotherapy services.

Do you have low fees?

Yes, we have a number of low fee slots for those having financial challenges. However, as we are not grant-funded, each therapist has a only couple of slots that are no lower than $100-$120. However, we cannot offer low fee therapy if you are using your PPO plan.  Learn more about where to get low fee therapy in our FAQs
